1.工作原理：送料泵装在机体内，将物料从底阀送入筒体内，靠分散轴带动分散盘的旋转使研磨球体急剧运动，利用强力搅拌和加大球体的剪切力，使物料受到研磨介质的冲击和剪切。

Working principles:

The feeding pump is installed inside the machine body,andthe material is put into the cylinder body from the bottom valve.Then thedispersion axis drives the dispersed plate to rotate so that the grinding ballsdo drastic movements.Stir by strong power to increase the shearing force of theballs ,then the materials are impacted and sheared by the grinding media.

2.用途：建筑涂料、醇酸树脂、燃料、印刷油墨、农药、涂料工业涂层漆、防锈底漆，路标漆、造纸、皮革、化妆品等化工行业的湿式砂磨、分散的高效设备。 

Uses:

It is widely used to produce architectural coatings,alkyd resins, fuel, printing ink, pesticides, industrial coating paints, anti-corrosive primers, paints forroad marking, paper, leather, cosmetics and other chemical industries.

3.可根据用户要求，针对不同物料将立式砂磨机内筒体及分散盘做成碳钢、不锈钢、衬聚氨酯等材料的产品，分散盘还可做成工程塑料材质。 According According to the user’srequirement and the kinds of materials ,both the cylinder of the vertical sand  mill and the dispersed plate can be made ofcarbon steel, stainless steel, polyurethane lining and other materials. It canalso be made of engineering plastic materials.

4.本机操作简单，连续生产效率高，换色方便，清洗容易。
