Basket Sand Mill
1.Working principles:
The hydraulic lift basket sand mill (grinder) is used to disperseand grind.At the entrance of the grinding basket, there is a self-primingimpeller.The impeller rotates at a high speed to produce a strong vortex to speedup the feeding process, After grinding,materials get out from the bottom of thegrinding basket.Behind the grinding basket there is a high-speed dispersionplate, its efficient, strong vortex effect enhances the dispersion and mixingof materials, to accelerate the materials’ cycle of suction - grinding -scattered - and then suction - grinding, resulting in satisfactory grindingeffect.
2.Uses:
The basket sand mill can be used to make dyes, inks, color paste,food, paints, medicine, cosmetics, biological and other high-fineness industries.
3.Performance characteristics:
The equipment doesn’t need the additional pump, pipes
andvalves, and just needs a small amount of grinding media.The grinding
cylindercan be cooled or heated, and the high-viscosity materials can also be
ensuredthe effect of grinding cycle.The device is equipped with intelligent
controlcabinet and the operation is easy.
